• Returned items must be in new and unused condition.
• All original tags and labels must be attached.
• Cost of express delivery will be deducted, if you have paid for express delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
• Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Refunds or replacements for items reported as damaged more than 48 hours after delivery will not be issued.
